Search Engine Marketing – Specialist BACK TO JOB LISTING
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop & execute SEM strategy based on customer requirements.
- Research about the advertiser and gain full understanding of campaign goals and suggest ways to reach the objective.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Quality check campaigns that have been set up, monitor and optimize.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure PPC campaigns are up and optimized according to brief and best practice guidelines.
- Analyze performance data and suggest necessary changes to be made to improve performance.
- Manage spends, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in managing SEM campaigns.
- Good understanding of marketing funnel and customer journey.
- Ability to plan campaigns and execute them successfully.
- Must have worked on different campaign objectives such as awareness, consideration, and performance.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Adwords and all paid search platforms.
- Proven track record in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns.
- Experience in bidding tools and programmatic platforms (Good to have).
- Keeps up to date with industry updates and experiments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the agency working methodology and culture (preferred).
- Very good understanding of Google analytics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience in scaling campaigns, creating merchant campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for PPC and digital marketing in general.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert in Google Ads Search, Display, and YouTube (Must). App campaign, Shopping, and Discovery Ads (added advantage).
