Nikhil Iyer

Having started his professional career with GE, he has worked with RR Donnelley, Partypoker and ran his own offshore creative production unit, prior to his current role.

A stickler for the finer details, his strengths lie in process engineering and workflow optimization. His management skills, meticulousness and constant strive for excellence, enables efficacy in delivery, consistently. 

He still lives his passion to cook, over the weekend’s tag teaming with his 6-year-old.  His other interests lie in motorcycles, cricket, combat, adventure, and water sports.”

Justin Lopez

Justin has over 17 years of experience in client services. His key focus is leading multiple delivery teams to achieve world-class standards in terms of quality, on-time delivery and optimum cost-benefit using technology as a key driver.

Justin works with a team of over 250 people and oversees the end-to-end operations for multiple global clients like Polaris, Thales, Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Lenovo, Myntra and a host of media clients across three continents.

An avid football enthusiast, Justin likes to travel across Europe and South America catching his favourite clubs in action.

Ganesh Krishnaswamy

Ganesh leads digital strategy for Madras Global, India where he oversees social, search and analytics. Prior to Madras Global, Ganesh has worked on brands such as United Breweries – UB Ice, Kingfisher Strong, Kalyani Black Label, LeEco, CricInfo, Yahoo!, iStream, WorldSpace amongst others.

Ganesh is also the founder of India’s leading heavy metal band, Kryptos. He loves reading sci-fi & horror novels, listening to hard rock/heavy metal and synthwave music.

Sowmya Hariharan

Sowmya has over 10 years of experience in client services. Her focus is on spearheading operations restructuring initiatives that address business growth using technology to successfully cut costs, streamline operations and increase productivity.

Sowmya works with a team of over 85 and oversees the end-to-end service delivery for a multitude of global brands like Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Build-a-Bear, Lenovo, and Myntra.

She is a trained Carnatic singer, speaks more than four Indian languages and is a fitness enthusiast who loves to travel.

Naomi Pollack

Naomi is Client Service Director at Madras Global. Partnering with clients, internal, and external teams, she sees projects through from inception to optimization. Whether developing campaigns for global, legacy brands, or defining a brand identity for start-ups and entrepreneurs, she brings the same level of thoughtful attention, business acumen, and energetic reliability to all her projects.

Since beginning her career at Ogilvy in Atlanta, she’s worked with B2B and B2C brands on broadcast, radio, digital, and CRM advertising, including ThermoFisher Scientific, Philips, Shark/Ninja, American Express, Jägermeister, and IHG. Regardless of the brand challenge, she applies a positive attitude and strategic outlook, along with collaborating with clients and the entire Madras Global team. A successful day is when her clients are armed with the tools to make an impact.

In addition to client work, Naomi regularly spearheads her passions into projects to enhance company culture, including an Earth Day initiative when she was at Ogilvy, which instated more sustainable practices throughout the 1,000 person NYC office and provided educational materials across the Ogilvy USA network.

Naomi received a BA in Economics from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Outside of work, she enjoys people-watching in her East Village neighborhood and playing pickup soccer throughout NYC.

Sriram Sunder

Sriram is passionate about brands and has played a crucial part in creating and refining their evolution.

Sriram brings with him over 16 years of experience across advertising, digital planning, strategy and brand communications. He has worked at multinationals and established Indian brands. Sriram has been on his own from 2014 and ran a boutique creative agency called Propabrand offering creative and strategic consulting services for select National and Global Brands. Prior to going on his own, he was associated with Ogilvy & Mather, where he has held various roles as Client Service Director and Senior Planning Director and was an integral part of setting up O&M’s marketing services centre. Earlier to this he worked in Worldspace, McCann Erickson and ANZ.

Brett Jones

Brett is a motivated, dedicated, hard-charging leader and a firm believer in the commercialization of outer space.

Brett is Client Service Director for Madras Global where he helps build brand commerce solutions for accounts like FactSet, SharkNinja, and Patheon, a Thermo Fisher Brand. Brett partners the creative and strategic minds at Madras Global with clients seeking to weave their dreams and see their brands thrive.

Brett joined Madras Global from Ogilvy in 2016 where he spent five years as a champion for the commercialization of outer space, ultimately founding the Ogilvy for Outer Space Initiative. Brett also ran client business for Medtronic and the New York Space Alliance. As an advocate of veteran initiatives, he co-founded Salute, the Military Veterans Professional Network.

When asked what keeps him awake at night, he recalls what fellow Marine and Secretary of Defense, “Mad Dog” Mattis once said: “Nothing. I keep other people awake at night.”

At Madras Global, Brett is surrounded by a solid team, so, unlike his clients’ competitors and their agencies, Brett rests easy at home in the Lower Hudson Valley. He’ll sometimes be found on the weekend plucking a uke with his family.

Arianna Salcedo

Arianna is an expert in creating high volume processes for implementation on a global scale.

Arianna is an experienced bilingual Client Services Director with over ten years of Global Outsourcing Experience, working with in-house and off-shore global teams. For the past six years, she has been heading the retail division as Client Services Director for The Ad2pro Group and Madras Global, working with clients like Macy’s and Patheon.

Before that, Arianna was an Account & Production Manager at RR Donnelley wearing many hats, working with clients that spanned the globe, from EMEA, LatAm, and the US in the pharmaceutical and Investment Banking industry.

Arianna is a strong business development professional with Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Event Management know-how in digital marketing, retail, advertising and automation industries.

Arianna was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Berkeley College. In her spare time, Arianna enjoys volunteering with the elderly, and community groups.

Mike Monroe

Mike has a specialist focus on brand building and business transformation for retail enterprises.

Mike is a seasoned marketing executive with more than 20 years of digital, eCommerce and traditional marketing experience.

Mike has been recognized on several occasions for his many accomplishments including the prestigious Chairman’s award for outstanding contribution to Macys.com’s success by Macy’s Chairman and CEO, Terry Lundgren.

Mike lives in New York City.
