Felix joined the Ad2pro Media team in 2013, helping Publishers who are new to outsourcing or with prior outsourcing experience to transition and scale multiple services with ease. Felix also assists Ad2pro Media’s Corporate Group in setting, streamlining & standardising processes, performance management system, etc.

Sharad heads all aspects of digital design at Madras. He has over 20 years of experience in User Experience, Digital and Brand design across Technology, Automotive, Finance, Travel and Education. Having been at the helm of the UX/Digital practice at Ogilvy, he has successfully defined effective online experiences and sound usability practices for interactive applications. Clients include Honda, Castrol, Amazon, Infosys, IBM , Madhya Pradesh Tourism, Mphasis, Quest Globaland Virginia Commonwealth University.

Justin has over 17 years of experience in client services. His key focus is leading multiple delivery teams to achieve world-class standards in terms of quality, on-time delivery and optimum cost-benefit using technology as a key driver.
Justin works with a team of over 250 people and oversees the end-to-end operations for multiple global clients like Polaris, Thales, Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Lenovo, Myntra and a host of media clients across three continents.
An avid football enthusiast, Justin likes to travel across Europe and South America catching his favourite clubs in action.
Sriram brings with him over 16 years of experience across advertising, digital planning, strategy and brand communications. He has worked at multinationals and established Indian brands. Sriram has been on his own from 2014 and ran a boutique creative agency called Propabrand offering creative and strategic consulting services for select National and Global Brands. Prior to going on his own, he was associated with Ogilvy & Mather, where he has held various roles as Client Service Director and Senior Planning Director and was an integral part of setting up O&M’s marketing services centre. Earlier to this he worked in Worldspace, McCann Erickson and ANZ.
Favell had spent half of his professional career working in Financial Advice before making the transition into the world of Advertising and Media which he now calls home. During this time he has spent the best part of the last 10 years providing strategic marketing solutions to Large Businesses & SME’s across Australia and New Zealand.
Favell has worked with Publishes, Broadcasters and Brands in driving marketing solutions, awareness and campaigns across Print, Digital, Radio and Social Media. Favell ads great value to the frontline for the Madras team across Australia and New Zealand. He is your onshore key point of contact.
With a background in both traditional and new media, Amy has led various teams across sales, operations and technology; bringing valuable experience from both the buy and sell side of digital advertising.
Based in the London office, Amy manages Madras’ portfolio of UK media partners, oversees projects of all sizes and scale for brand clients, as well as drives business development initiatives across the UK & EU markets.
Born and raised in the Cayman Islands, Amy has travelled far and wide – from witnessing the Catatumbo Lightning in Venezuela to spotting the “Big Five” in East Africa.
Although Kelly has a degree in law, her true passion is digital marketing, from strategy to execution, and expanding her clients’ digital footprint. With over 10 years of experience in the outsourcing space, including four years living in India, Kelly has a true appreciation of multiculturalism after working in a global environment. While living in India, Kelly expanded her skillset into eCommerce and Brands while working with Macys.com, Build A Bear, and other US brands.
Today she works with major US media clients and brands with their digital advertising needs helping to identify gaps in their strategy. Kelly has a passion for all things social, website development, paid search, and the unique experience that stems from working within a global team.
As chief financial officer of Ad2pro Media Group, Jude Kishore oversees the company’s global financial planning, accounting, analysis, product and services pricing, tax and treasury.
Jude joined Ad2pro in 2019 with a strong corporate finance background of 26 years from a cross section of industries that include software, service, manufacturing and banking. His accomplishments from his past will strengthen the leadership bandwidth in Ad2pro to achieve and sustain profitable growth.
In the last position at IBS Software where he served for 14 years as Head of Corporate Planning & Development, he was responsible for developing, communicating, executing and sustaining the company’s strategic plan, including pursuits of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic investment and continued global expansion to meet the twin objectives of predictability and sustainability of profitable growth. He successfully raised capital for IBS from top-tier PE growth investors, played key roles in large client acquisition, drive commercial excellence and lead four strategic acquisitions to help IBS fast track revenue growth and market share.
Prior to IBS, he held leadership positions in finance at Sociéte Genéralé, Hexaware Technologies, Ford and Dunlop.
Jude earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant.
Sathish’s experience spanning more than two decades has helped brands around the globe deliver results across print and digital media. His initial years of advertising was in the Middle East working for some of the top Telecom, Financial and Automobile brands. As a digital fanatic he strongly believes that every form of design should evolve and focus towards a greater experience for the user.
He has spent close to a decade at 2AdPro and has been instrumental in delivering top notch digital advertising solutions to the media and brand customers, and in the process built a robust digital practice grounds up before moving to the Madras Global side in 2017.
He is a father of twins, enjoys being in the midst of family and nature.
Ganesh leads digital strategy for Madras Global, India where he oversees social, search and analytics. Prior to Madras Global, Ganesh has worked on brands such as United Breweries – UB Ice, Kingfisher Strong, Kalyani Black Label, LeEco, CricInfo, Yahoo!, iStream, WorldSpace amongst others.
Ganesh is also the founder of India’s leading heavy metal band, Kryptos. He loves reading sci-fi & horror novels, listening to hard rock/heavy metal and synthwave music.
