Job Description:

As an Image artist, you are responsible for retouching and/or colorizing images in accordance with client specifications. You will work under the guidance of your team leader and a senior graphic designer. You will be working in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment where turnaround times will range from 12 – 48 hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly understand the Customer’s Requirements
  • Execute higher-order imaging retouch and more complex processes such as Image Manipulation and Color Correction (Web and Print Images)
  • Image artist should be familiar with different techniques in Photoshop, such as Cloning, Smoothing/Softening, Liquefy, Hue/Saturations, Masking, Highlights, Shadows, etc Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy and productivity
  • Assist in developing, maintaining and ensuring usage of SOP Complete assigned volume of work within established deadlines
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge in Photoshop
  • 1– 6 years’ experience in Retouching and/or Colorizing images for a major US or UK clients
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Ad Operations

Job Description:

As an Adops Analyst you will be exposed to the fundamentals of digital advertising. You will be part of a vibrant, young team that traffics creatives across multiple websites as well as communicates with leading clients and publishers across the world. You will also understand ad operations processes in detail and gain expertise in using different ad servers and other digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Traffic ad campaigns (display, video, mobile ads) on various ad servers ensuring that all the information on the contract is entered accurately including delivery start and end date, rates, reporting requirements, etc.
  • Work on different platforms and update and manage tickets as necessary
  • Perform QC for all campaigns troubleshoot ad tags in case of issues.
  • Work with the team lead to perform all aspects of traffic management, including testing, deployment of the ad on the website, monitoring delivery and optimizing campaigns from clients and ad networks
  • Work closely with different markets and update on inventory availability from time to time

The Client Manager maintains regular client communication and addresses any client issues. The Client Manager will oversee the ongoing satisfaction, growth of client relationships and development of the team(s) assigned.

Client Management:
  • Single point contact for the client and the senior management for a specific shift
  • Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them
  • Oversee and coordinate client escalated operational issues
  • Manage and oversee effective dissemination of client information to operations teams
  • Ensure that the instruction from the client is disseminated across the shift

Client Management:
  • Single point contact for the client and the senior management for a specific shift/team
  • Must be organized with good project management, sales and strategic planning abilities
