Biography

Fred is an inspiring creative and business leader with over 20 years of experience pioneering unique approaches to agency network operations, creative and content development and international production delivery.

Fred joined The Ad2pro Group, the parent company for Madras Global, in April 2016 and launched Madras Global in January 2017. Prior to that he was the founder of Fred&Co., a global creative operations company where he collaborated with Ad2pro on the operating model that led to their expanded brand business.

Fred was also the Founder and Chief Executive of Craft Worldwide, a content and production business unit of McCann Worldgroup which offered unique, client-centric operating models with an emphasis on the ‘craft’ of execution.

Prior to joining McCann Worldgroup, Fred spent 16 years at Ogilvy & Mather, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of RedWorks Worldwide.  As the inaugural Global CEO, Fred helped build RedWorks into one of the largest global creative development and production delivery offerings in the industry with over 50 offices globally.

Fred’s expertise covers a wide range of industries including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer, and financial services. He has personally led award-winning teams working on global accounts.

Vikram Menon

Biography

Vikram Menon, President – Global Operations at Madras Global, India, has over 25 years of experience working in the industry. Prior to leading the operations of 2AdPro and Madras Global, Vikram spent over 18 years at Ogilvy where he worked across several of the agency’s divisions. His last role at Ogilvy was leading OgilvyOne which grew to become India’s largest and most awarded Digital Agency where he was President and Country Head. Over the course of his career, Vikram has worked on several large local and global brands including American Express, Lenovo, IBM, Unilever, Diageo, Coke and SC Johnson to name a few.

Vikram brings vast experience in developing campaigns and content on a broad scale. In his role at Madras Global, Vikram is responsible for building and managing a team that will drive the work for clients both in India and abroad.

In his free time, Vikram dabbles in origami, collects pens, travels and reads voraciously.

In his 17 years at Ogilvy & Mather, Andrew led rebranding and advertising efforts for clients like American Express, IBM, The American Red Cross, Cabela’s and many others. At Madras Global he combines this brand expertise with a passion for creating more and more content for clients. Content that not only inspires, but that moves the needle and drives sales. Andrew has won many industry awards, and he is also a children’s book author, a campfire guitarist and occasional short film maker.

Rob has worked with Madras Global in the UK and India, and currently runs the London office. His 25 years in working with brands include time at Interbrand Newell and Sorrell and The Brand Union, six years in India and running his own award-winning agency, R&D&Co, in London. During this time, he has worked with clients across sectors from arts all the way to zoology, creating brands for organizations as diverse as The British Museum and British Airways.

Rob enjoys helping brands reshape their cultural context to engage their customers, like helping a brand new Saudi bank celebrate 1,000 years of trading history; blowing the dust off fusty books for Hachette; adjusting the world’s largest student travel company to the post gap-year world; teaching tea-loving Asia to try Nescafé; and getting London’s The Old Vic theater to think Hollywood.

Sendil believes that the fulcrum of creativity is unbridled passion. He’s a man of varied interests and multiple vocations. Having dabbled in theatre, advertising, film and music, Sendil believes the line that separates art and life is very thin. More than anything else, he considers himself a storyteller constantly in search of an audience. Consequently, he considers his achievements in advertising a result of his steadfast attempts at helping brands and clients narrate the product story in a way that’s least boring.

Sendil has nearly two decades of advertising experience, eight years of which he has spent as an ad filmmaker and the rest in leading advertising agencies and big brands. He uses humor as a weapon to disarm the most dogged of opponents and uses the power of human empathy to create deeper connections. He believes there is no problem that doesn’t have a creative solution and that good creative is one that works for the client and is remembered by the audience. He is currently trying his best to be a pacifist and striving desperately to be a vegetarian.

Olivier’s creative energy stems from the belief that powerful communication of brand identity is rooted in an ongoing drive to challenge oneself, fostering relationships, and the exploration of new horizons. 
 
Olivier was born in France, raised in Los Angeles, has lived and worked in Paris and now lives in New York. When not designing, he enjoys traveling, new food adventures, and photography.

Arianna is an experienced bilingual Client Services Director with over ten years of Global Outsourcing Experience, working with in-house and off-shore global teams. For the past six years, she has been heading the retail division as Client Services Director for The Ad2pro Group and Madras Global, working with clients like Macy’s and Patheon.

Before that, Arianna was an Account & Production Manager at RR Donnelley wearing many hats, working with clients that spanned the globe, from EMEA, LatAm, and the US in the pharmaceutical and Investment Banking industry.

Arianna is a strong business development professional with Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Event Management know-how in digital marketing, retail, advertising and automation industries.

Arianna was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Berkeley College. In her spare time, Arianna enjoys volunteering with the elderly, and community groups.

Brett is Client Service Director for Madras Global where he helps build brand commerce solutions for accounts like FactSet, SharkNinja, and Patheon, a Thermo Fisher Brand. Brett partners the creative and strategic minds at Madras Global with clients seeking to weave their dreams and see their brands thrive.

Brett joined Madras Global from Ogilvy in 2016 where he spent five years as a champion for the commercialization of outer space, ultimately founding the Ogilvy for Outer Space Initiative. Brett also ran client business for Medtronic and the New York Space Alliance. As an advocate of veteran initiatives, he co-founded Salute, the Military Veterans Professional Network.

When asked what keeps him awake at night, he recalls what fellow Marine and Secretary of Defense, “Mad Dog” Mattis once said: “Nothing. I keep other people awake at night.”

At Madras Global, Brett is surrounded by a solid team, so, unlike his clients’ competitors and their agencies, Brett rests easy at home in the Lower Hudson Valley. He’ll sometimes be found on the weekend plucking a uke with his family.

Whether developing campaigns for global, legacy brands, or defining a brand identity for start-ups and entrepreneurs, she brings the same level of thoughtful attention, business acumen, and energetic reliability to all her projects.

Since beginning her career at Ogilvy in Atlanta, she’s worked with B2B and B2C brands on broadcast, radio, digital, and CRM advertising, including ThermoFisher Scientific, Philips, Shark/Ninja, American Express, Jägermeister, and IHG. Regardless of the brand challenge, she applies a positive attitude and strategic outlook, along with collaborating with clients and the entire Madras Global team. A successful day is when her clients are armed with the tools to make an impact.

In addition to client work, Naomi regularly spearheads her passions into projects to enhance company culture, including an Earth Day initiative when she was at Ogilvy, which instated more sustainable practices throughout the 1,000 person NYC office and provided educational materials across the Ogilvy USA network.

Naomi received a BA in Economics from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Outside of work, she enjoys people-watching in her East Village neighborhood and playing pickup soccer throughout NYC.

He has experience across direct marketing, reputation management, knowledge process outsourcing for creative design and building technology products.

As chief financial officer of Ad2pro Media Group, Jude Kishore oversees the company’s global financial planning, accounting, analysis, product and services pricing, tax and treasury.

Jude joined Ad2pro in 2019 with a strong corporate finance background of 26 years from a cross section of industries that include software, service, manufacturing and banking. His accomplishments from his past will strengthen the leadership bandwidth in Ad2pro to achieve and sustain profitable growth.

In the last position at IBS Software where he served for 14 years as Head of Corporate Planning & Development, he was responsible for developing, communicating, executing and sustaining the company’s strategic plan, including pursuits of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic investment and continued global expansion to meet the twin objectives of predictability and sustainability of profitable growth. He successfully raised capital for IBS from top-tier PE growth investors, played key roles in large client acquisition, drive commercial excellence and lead four strategic acquisitions to help IBS fast track revenue growth and market share.

Prior to IBS, he held leadership positions in finance at Sociéte Genéralé, Hexaware Technologies, Ford and Dunlop.

Jude earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant.
